I recently searched for a bypass shower door guide for a set of frame-less shower doors that I installed in a rental property and was unsuccessful. I contacted your company and spoke to Kelly who was very helpful. I did not know the make of the doors and through a question and answer process she was able to determine that my doors were most probably manufactured by Contractors Wardrobe. Kelly then contacted the company and ordered the bottom guild that I needed. The company only sold the guild in a package hardware kit; However, she convinced them to remove and sell me just the needed plastic guild. Kelly went out of her way to help me find the correct guild for my shower doors even though this was a small purchase not worthy of her time and effort. Please extend my appreciation to her for excellent customer service which is greatly appreciated.-Wayne Walker
